Who can become a partner?

Groups and organizations of every kind across Washington state, such as schools and PTOs, sports teams and clubs, cheer and dance teams, animal rescues, churches and community groups. Partners are groups, not individuals. We review each request to make sure the partnership will work well for your group.

Is there a cost to join?

No. There's no cost to join and nothing to buy up front.

How much does our group earn?

Your group earns a 20% commission (before tax) on every completed order through your page, including reorders, less any refunds.

How is the commission paid?

By check, made out to your group. We'll go over the payment schedule with you when you join.

What do you need from us to get started?

A contact person for your group, a pickup location and pickup window, and a completed W-9. Groups without their own tax ID can have a leader complete the W-9 and sign that commission funds will be used for the group.

Do we handle money, inventory or deliveries?

No. Supporters order and pay online. We deliver orders to your pickup location, and supporters get an email when their order is ready.

Who chooses the pickup location and time?

You do. Your group picks the location, such as a school office, a coach's home or your church, and the pickup window.

Can we see who ordered?

Yes. Your group can see its orders and customer names so you can help with pickup.

Can a club with several teams join?

Yes. A club, studio or church can have one page for everyone, or a single team or ministry can join on its own.

What happens if a customer returns something?

Customers have a 30-day return window. If an order is refunded, the commission on that order is removed from your payout.

Do supporters get reorder reminders?

Yes. We send occasional reorder reminders by email, and by text to supporters who opt in.

Is this a fundraiser? Are purchases donations?

Supporters are buying products, not making a charitable donation, so purchases are generally not tax-deductible. Impact Green is a business, and your group earns a disclosed commission. When you share your page, let supporters know your group earns 20% on their purchases.

Does Nellie's get our supporters' information?

No. Nellie's doesn't receive your supporters' information. See our Privacy Policy.
