IMPACT GREEN LLC ("Impact Green," "we," "us") sells Nellie's laundry and dish products through impactgreen.org and partner groups that earn a commission on sales. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address and phone number.
- Order details: the products you buy, the partner group you support, and your order history.
- Payment information, which is entered on and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Basic website data, such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools. We do not use advertising pixels. Our website host uses basic analytics and security tools, and our payment processor (Stripe) uses fraud-prevention tools at checkout.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order to your partner group's pickup location.
- To send order confirmations, pickup notices and, if you choose, reorder reminders by email or text.
- To calculate and pay each partner group its commission.
- To answer your questions and improve our website and service.
Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who opt in. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us send messages, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers, and only to deliver our messages to you. Who we share information with
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website, email and texting platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) and payment processor (Stripe), only as needed to provide their services. Our supplier, Nellie's, receives only product quantities, never customer information.
- The partner group you order through receives your name and order details so it can hand out orders at pickup, plus order totals so we can pay its commission. We ask partner groups to use this information only to coordinate pickup.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it as long as needed for orders, commission payments to partner groups, and legal and tax requirements.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
