These terms apply to your use of impactgreen.org and to purchases from IMPACT GREEN LLC ("Impact Green"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
About Impact Green
Impact Green is a business, not a charity. When you buy through a partner group's order page, that group earns a 20% commission on your purchase, calculated before sales tax. Your purchase is a purchase of products, not a charitable donation, and is generally not tax-deductible.
Orders, payment and pickup
- Prices are shown on each order page in U.S. dollars. Washington sales tax is added at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- Orders are delivered to the pickup location shown on the order page. We will email you when your order is ready.
- Please pick up your order within the pickup window set by your partner group, shown on its order page or in your ready notice.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of picking up your order. Email [email protected] to start a return. When an order is refunded, the partner group's 20% commission on that order is also reversed.
SMS / text messaging terms
- Program: Impact Green order updates (order confirmations and pickup notices) and, if you choose, reorder reminders and offers.
- How you join: by checking the optional text-consent box(es) at impactgreen.org/text-updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Eligibility: you must be 18 or older to sign up for Impact Green text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18.
- Frequency: message frequency varies. We send texts only between 8am and 8pm Pacific time.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message, or tell us in any other reasonable way that you want to stop (for example "stop texting me," "unsubscribe," "cancel" or "quit"). We will honor your request promptly and send at most one confirmation.
- Help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (360) 483-1496.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Products
Products are made by Nellie's. Use them according to the label directions. Product descriptions on our site are based on information from Nellie's.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Impact Green's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Washington state law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Whatcom County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
